Who decides what's possible for you at any given time?  Are 'impossible dreams' just fantasies or are they challenges?  And if they are challenges, what would it take to do something you are yearning to do?

I look at the limits of our beliefs, the barriers of perfectionism and striving and the works of Gay Hendricks (The Big Leap), Michael Neill and Barbara Sher. 
 
What's impossible comes straight from how we think and what we decide.  In this show I explore how to shimmy right over those limits.

We tend to think that safety comes from retraction.  A closed stance feels protected; an open stance seems exposed.  But the opposite is actually true.  Resistance does not protect us from the world around us, and as those things happen anyway, resistance keeps us from adapting and having a creative response to whatever is happening.

I talk about five ways to cultivate an attitude of growth: self-observation, questions, openness/listening, knowing our stories, and seeing the ways we are connected.
